Services are targeted to meet specific client needs. The Fact-finding Process takes place preferably at the client‘s premises to analyze and assess the client‘s corporate culture: Design of the Intercultural Training Plan

Methods:
The main emphasis is on an interactive work process. Theoretical inputs alternate with discussions. Challenges of intercultural meetings are demonstrated by numerous case studies and selected simulations. Role-playing games and teamwork complete the methods.

Objectives:
The trainings equip participants with the necessary skills and tools to successfully bring intercultural theories to the reality of professional practice.
